| Trouble | Possible Cause | Solution |

| Appliance not working | Mains plug not inserted properly. Fuse is blown or faulty. Mains voltage failure. Too low ambient temperature. | Check plug is firmly in socket. Check fuse, replace if necessary. Check mains voltage. Try to remedy the problem by lowering the set temperature. |
| Odors in the interior | Interior is soiled. Some foodstuffs, containers or packaging are causing odors. | Clean the interior. |
| Motor runs continuously | It is normal for the motor to run frequently. The motor runs more often under the following conditions: Temperature set too low. A large quantity of warm foodstuffs was recently placed in the appliance. Ambient temperature is too high. Doors were open for a long time or opened too frequently. After initial start-up or after the appliance has been switched off for a long time. | Ensure air vents are not blocked by foodstuffs and that foodstuffs are placed in the appliance in a way that ensures adequate ventilation. Check that the door is properly closed. To remove ice buildup: See "Cleaning the Appliance". |
| Ice layer forms in the interior | Air outlets are blocked; insufficient ventilation; door is not properly closed. | Ensure air outlets are not blocked by foodstuffs and that foodstuffs are placed in the appliance in a way that ensures adequate ventilation. Check that the door is properly closed. To remove ice buildup: See "Cleaning the Appliance". |
| Temperature in the appliance is too high | Doors were opened for too long or too frequently; or doors were held open by an obstruction; or the appliance was set up with insufficient clearance at the sides, bottom, or top. | Do not open doors unnecessarily or for longer than needed; check clearance around the appliance. |
| Doors close with difficulty | The appliance is not tilted backward by approx. 15 mm. Something in the interior is preventing the doors from closing. | Check tilt and correct if necessary by turning the leveling feet. Check interior and remove obstruction. |
| Light does not work | The LED lighting has automatically switched off because the door was open for too long. The LED lighting is faulty. | Close and reopen the door to reactivate the lighting. Have the LED lighting replaced. See "Lighting (LED)". |
