Warranty Information

The manufacturer's warranty for private consumers in the European Economic Area is at least 2 years.

Switching on the appliance: Press the power button. The appliance will begin to cool. Allow several hours for the set temperature to be reached before loading food.

Operating Tips: Close the door briefly to allow the vacuum to release before opening.

Switching off the appliance: Press the power button. The appliance will stop cooling.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Temperature problem

If the temperature is too warm, check the temperature again after a couple of hours.
If the temperature is too cold, check the temperature again on the following day.
Noise

Odours

3. Clean all food packaging.
4. To prevent odours from forming, store strong smelling food in airtight containers.
5. After 24 hours, check whether odours are still forming.
