Troubleshooting and error codes

FunctionProcedure
VERIFYING THE DIALING MODE (TONE/PULSE) Press any numeric key. If you still hear the dialling tone, change to the other dialling mode.
SWITCHING THE DIALLING MODE (TONE/PULSE) The switch located on the bottom of the telephone allows you to do three adjustments: P PULSE (decadic), T1 TONE flash 100 ms, T2 TONE flash 270 ms.
TEMPORARY CHANGOVER OF DIALLING MODE (TONE/PULSE) After establishing a call, change to TONE by pressing the * key (i.e. to use telebank services).
SETTING THE RINGER VOLUME/MELODY Lift the handset, Press the MUTE key, Press the * key, Press one of the 0 to 9 keys, Press the MUTE key, Hung up.
REDIAL To redial the last dialled number, press the key.
MUTE By pressing the MUTE key during a call, the handset will deactivate the voice transmission. To go back to conversation, press the MUTE key again.
FLASH Press the FLASH key to access specific special services (follow me, call waiting, conference, etc.).
PROGRAMMING THE ONE-TOUCH MEMORIES Lift the handset and press the MUTE key, Press the desired one-touch memory key, Enter the phone number to be stored, Press the MUTE key.
USING THE ONE-TOUCH MEMORIES TO MAKE A CALL Lift the handset, Press the desired one-touch memory key.
PROGRAMMMING THE TWO-TOUCH MEMORIES Lift the handset and press the MUTE key, Press the MEM key, Press the desired memory number (0 to 9), Enter the phone number to be stored, Press the MUTE key.
USING THE TWO-TOUCH MEMORIES TO MAKE A CALL Lift the handset, Press the MEM key, Press the desired memory number (0 to 9).
