Getting Started
Unpacking: Remove all packaging materials and the transport restraint from the CD tray. Ensure small children do not play with the plastic packaging due to suffocation risk.
Placement: Place the Micro System and speakers on a level surface, with speakers to the left and right. Ensure speaker cables do not create a tripping hazard.
Back-up Batteries: Insert three 1.5 V Micro AAA/RO3 batteries (not included) into the underside compartment to maintain time display during power outages.
Remote Control Batteries: Insert two 1.5 V Mignon AA/R06 batteries (supplied) into the rear compartment of the remote control.
Basic Operation
Power: Press the STANDBY button on the device or remote to turn on/off. For complete power off, unplug the device.
Volume: Use VOL UP/DOWN on the device or VOL+/- on the remote to adjust volume. Press MUTE on the remote to silence sound.
Sound Source: Select CD/MP3, AUX, or RADIO using their respective buttons.
Radio Functions
Tuning: Use the BAND button to select FM/AM. Use the TUNING knob to set the frequency. Press DISPLAY to switch between frequency and time.
