Powering On/Off and Volume Control: Rotate the ON/OFF \| VOL knob clockwise to turn on the device. The Operation LED will light up. Continue rotating clockwise to increase volume and counter-clockwise to decrease volume. Rotate counter-clockwise to turn off the device, and the Operation LED will extinguish.
LED Light On/Off: Set the LED ON/OFF switch to the ON position to turn on the LED lights. Set the switch to the OFF position to turn them off. Note: The LED lights are not suitable for room illumination.
Connecting Headphones: Ensure the ON/OFF \| VOL knob is in the OFF position. Plug the headphone's 3.5 mm jack into the headphone connection. Before putting on headphones, turn on the speakers and carefully increase the volume. When headphones are connected, the speakers will be muted and audio will play only through the headphones. Volume control is possible via the ON/OFF \| VOL knob, but maximum volume is limited by the computer or playback device.
Connecting a Microphone: Ensure the ON/OFF \| VOL knob is in the OFF position. Plug the microphone's 3.5 mm jack into the microphone connection. Before turning on the microphone, turn the soundbar back on. Turn on the microphone and carefully increase the volume. Note: Microphone setup may be required in the computer's system settings depending on hardware/software.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Error Possible Cause Troubleshooting
The device will not switch on. The device is not connected to a power source via USB. Connect the USB plug of the power supply cable 8 to a USB connection on your computer or a USB power adapter (see chapter "Connecting computer/playback device").
No sound / low volume / interference The volume control of the soundbar, your computer, or the playback device is set to minimum. Increase the volume on the soundbar, in your computer's audio settings, or on the playback device.
Soundbar, playback device, or microphone are not switched on. Ensure that the soundbar, playback device, or microphone are switched on.
The cable connections of the connected devices are not properly made. Check the cable connections of all connected devices.
The audio settings of your computer or playback device (audio input/output) are not correctly set. Check the audio settings of your computer.
No sound / low volume / interference Headphones are connected to the headphone jack 3. This mutes the speakers 2. Disconnect the headphones from the headphone jack 3.
Headphones are defective. Check the function of the headphones on the playback device and replace them if necessary.
