Warranty Information

Powering On/Off: The earbuds automatically turn on when removed from the charging case and turn off when placed back. Manual power off is also possible.
Pairing: The earbuds pair with each other automatically. To connect to a Bluetooth device, follow the pairing instructions.
Controls: Use the multifunction buttons (MF-buttons) to play/pause music, answer/end calls, and activate voice assistants.
Charging: Place the earbuds in the charging case. The charging case can be charged via USB-C or wirelessly (Qi-compatible).
Voice Assistant: Activate Siri or Google Assistant by double-tapping the left MF-button.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Wireless Qi charging of the charging case does not start. The charging case has become warm due to charging. Remove the charging case from the Qi charging surface to let it cool down. Check the product for damage.
This product is located where strong radio waves or noise are emitted. In such environments, other output ports should be used for charging the charging case, e.g., a USB type C port.
Wireless charging does not start. The charging case is not placed in the center of the Qi marking on the wireless Qi charger. Check that the charging case is placed in the correct position in the center of the wireless Qi charger.
Check that no other objects are in the wireless Qi receiving area.
Wireless charging speed is slow. The wireless Qi receiving area is too far from the center of the wireless Qi charging surface. Check that the wireless Qi receiving area is correctly placed in the center of the wireless Qi charger.
Charging does not start, even though the product is placed in the charging area. The product is not positioned correctly. Do not place the product near the Qi marking (if present) in the center of the charging surface. Before starting wireless charging, read the operating instructions for the wireless Qi charger, which is available.
