Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible cause Solution
No function Battery empty. Charge the battery of the charging/storage box and the headphones.
No Bluetooth connection Error during headphone operation. Turn the headphones off and on again.
No sound Error during Bluetooth device operation. Increase the playback device volume.
Not all functions available. Bluetooth device error. Check if the Bluetooth device supports all functions.
Qi wireless charging of the charging/storage box does not start. The charging/storage box 7 heated up during charging. Remove the charging/storage box 7 from the Qi charging surface and let it cool down. Check the product for damage.
No wireless charging starts. The product was not placed correctly. Place the product near the indicator 9 (if present), in the center of the charging surface.
