Charging the Lade-/Aufbewahrungsbox (Charging/Storage Box):

Before first use, charge the battery of the charging/storage box.

Via USB:

Connect the charging/storage box 7 via the USB-C charging port 14 and the supplied USB cable 15 to a USB power source with at least 500 mA output (e.g., a USB charger or computer).

Wireless Charging:

Place the charging/storage box 7 with the Qi receiving area 16 on your Qi charger.

Charging begins automatically when the wireless Qi charger is switched on.

When charging is complete, the status indicators (charging/storage box) 10 light up.

Charging the Earphones:

The earphones must also be charged before first use.

The earphones 1 and the charging/storage box 7 can be charged simultaneously.

Insert the earphones into the charging ports 8 of the charging/storage box 7. Charging starts automatically.

Operation:

Charging/Storage Box:

The charging of the earphones 1 starts automatically when at least one earphone is inserted into a charging port 8.

Earphones:

Turning On: Open the cover of the charging/storage box 7 and take the earphones out of the charging ports 8.

Turning Off: Insert the earphones into the charging ports 8 and close the top cover of the charging/storage box 7.

Pairing Earphones: To hear stereo sound, the earphones must be paired. They pair automatically when removed from the charging ports 8.

Pairing with a Bluetooth Device: Open the lid of the charging/storage box 7. The LED indicator 4 on the master earphone flashes red/white, and the LED indicator on the slave earphone flashes white.

Search for "STSK A4 B2" on your Bluetooth playback device and pair.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Action
No Function Rechargeable battery empty. Charge the rechargeable battery in the charging/storage box.
No Bluetooth Connection Error operating the earphones. Switch the earphones off and on again.
Bluetooth device error. Disconnect and reconnect the earphones. Check if the earphones work with another Bluetooth device.
Bluetooth connection error. Move closer to the Bluetooth-connected device.
No Sound Bluetooth device error. Turn up the volume on the playback device.
Bluetooth connection error. Move closer to the Bluetooth-connected device. Disconnect and reconnect the Bluetooth device.
Not all functions are available. Bluetooth device error. Check if the Bluetooth device supports all functions.
Wireless Qi Charging of the charging/storage box 7 does not start. Charging/storage box 7 became warm due to charging. Remove the charging/storage box 7 from the Qi charging surface to cool down. Check the product for damage.
The product is in an area with strong radio waves or noise (e.g., TV towers, power plants, gas stations). Use other charging ports (e.g., USB Type C) for the charging/storage box 7 in such environments.
Wireless charging does not start. Charging/storage box 7 is not centered on the Qi marking on the wireless Qi charger. Ensure the charging/storage box 7 is placed in the correct position in the center of the wireless Qi charger.
Other objects are on the Qi receiving area 16. Check that no other objects are on the Qi receiving area 16.
Wireless charging speed is slow. The wireless Qi receiving area 16 is too far from the center of the wireless Qi charging surface. Ensure the wireless Qi receiving area 16 is placed in the correct position in the center of the wireless Qi charger.
Charging does not start, even though the product is placed in the charging area. The product is not positioned correctly. Place the product in the center of the charging surface. Read the operating instructions for the wireless Qi charger.
