Charging the Power Bank:

  • Ensure the built-in battery is fully charged before first use.
  • Use power supplies with 5V output voltage and at least 2A output current.
  • Connect the USB cable to the Micro USB input on the power bank and the other end to a USB power supply.
  • The charge/discharge status display shows the current battery status. "IN" illuminates during charging.

Checking the Battery Status:

  • Press the Display/LED button to view the current battery status in percentage for approximately 8 seconds.

Charging Mobile Devices:

  • Connect your device to one of the USB outputs using a USB cable.
  • Charging starts automatically. The display shows the charging status and the used output port.
  • If charging doesn't start, press the Display/LED button.
  • To end charging, disconnect the USB cable.

Using the LED Torch:

  • Press and hold the Display/LED button for approx. 2 seconds to turn the light on.
  • Press and hold again to turn the light off.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Cause Solution
The power bank is not being charged. Connection may be faulty. Check the connection.
A connected device is not being charged. The battery is drained. Charge the battery.
No connection to the device. Check the connection. Press the Display/LED button to start charging.
Current consumption of the connected device might be too low. Check the connected device's manual for its current consumption compatibility.
The power bank does not react when the button is pressed or when a device is connected, even though the battery is charged. The current consumption of the connected devices is too high. The internal overcurrent protection device was activated. Reduce the number of connected devices and press the Display/LED button.
