Warranty Information

A 3-year warranty is provided from the date of purchase against material or manufacturing defects.

Switching the appliance on:

  • Remove the vacuum cleaner from the wall mount or disconnect the coaxial connector from the charging connection.
  • Press the ON/OFF switch to switch the appliance on.
  • The appliance always activates in Eco operating mode.

Selecting the operating mode:

  • Press the +/- button to select between Eco mode (for light dirt, longer battery life) and Boost (for heavy dirt, higher suction power).

Dismantling the appliance:

  • To detach the suction tube, press and hold the release button and pull the tube off.
  • To detach the floor brush, press and hold the release button of the floor brush and pull the suction tube off.
  • To detach the battery, press and hold the battery release button and pull the battery off.

Using the accessories:

  • Accessories can be used with or without the suction tube.
  • Attach the accessory to the suction tube or the appliance's suction opening until it clicks into place.
  • To detach the accessory, press and hold the release button and pull the accessory off.

After use:

  • Switch off the appliance by pressing the ON/OFF switch.
  • Place the vacuum cleaner in the wall mount or lay it horizontally on the floor.
  • If the battery level is low, charge the battery.

Troubleshooting and error codes
