Warranty Information

This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from the date of purchase.

Operation

Using the hand element with the handle:

  1. Insert hand element into the recess.
  2. Fold out the grip.
  3. Switch on using the on/off switch; LED illuminates and brush starts turning.
  4. Guide floor nozzle over area to be vacuumed.
  5. Press on/off switch to finish.
  6. Using the hand element:

    1. Remove hand element from recess.
    2. Attach desired nozzle (crevice, brush, upholstery).
    3. Set on/off switch to vacuum.
    4. Press on/off switch again to finish.
    5. Cleaning and care

      WARNING! RISK OF INJURY! Always disconnect charger before cleaning. Remove hand element before cleaning parts.

      ATTENTION! MATERIAL DAMAGE! Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning materials.

      NOTE The LED lamp is maintenance-free.

      Empty dirt container and clean dust filter after every use.

      Emptying the dirt container

      Remove hand element, press buttons to release dirt container, empty, and reinsert filters and container.

      Cleaning the rotary brush

      Turn floor nozzle upside down, remove cover plate, lift out brush, clean, reinsert, and replace cover plate.

      Cleaning the appliance

      Wipe with a damp cloth. Ensure appliance is dry before next use.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
The appliance is not working. The battery is not charged. Connect the appliance to the charger.
The appliance is defective. Contact the Customer Service department.
The appliance is running but hardly sucking up any dirt. The battery is not sufficiently charged. Connect the appliance to the charger.
The dirt container is full. Empty the dirt container.
The dust filter is blocked. Clean the dust filter.
The appliance will not charge. The charger is not correctly connected to the socket/mains plug. Check the connections of the charger.
The charger is defective. Contact the Customer Service department.
