Warranty Information
A 3-year warranty is provided from the date of purchase for material and manufacturing defects.
- Powering On/Off: Use the ON/OFF switch.
- Disc Loading: Open the disc tray to insert or remove discs.
- Playback Control: Use the playback buttons (play, pause, stop, fast forward, rewind) on the device or remote.

Troubleshooting and error codes

| Product does not function with battery | Built-in battery is discharged. Connect the power adapter or car adapter and charge the battery. |
| Screen shows "NO DISC" even when a disc is inserted. | Check if the disc is inserted with the label facing up. Clean or insert a different disc if it is dirty, scratched, or damaged. |
| Remote control does not function | Check if the battery in the remote control is discharged. Replace if necessary. Ensure the battery is inserted correctly, observing polarity. Make sure there are no obstructions between the remote control and the sensor on the DVD player. Reduce the distance between the remote control and the DVD player (max. 5 m). |
| No image on the second screen | Check if all connecting cables between the DVD player and the second screen are securely inserted. Ensure the second screen is switched on. Turn on screen 19 of the second screen. |
| No sound | Check if the DVD player is muted (press MUTE 55). Check the volume settings and increase if necessary. |
