Warranty Information
This product comes with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase covering material or manufacturing defects.
Turning the product on:
- Set the on/off switch (4) to position I.
- Turn the corresponding heat level control (5/8) to the desired heat level.
Heat level:
- MIN: Stop heating up
- 4: Slow cooking
- 4 - MAX: Fast cooking
Indicator light (6/7) Status:
- On: Product is preheating/reheating.
- Off: The set temperature has been reached.
NOTES: The indicator light (6/7) lights up while the hob (1/3) is heating. Once the temperature is reached, it turns off. It may cycle on/off to maintain temperature. Once cooking is finished, set the heat control (5/8) to MIN. The indicator light (6/7) goes out.
Turning the product off:
- Set the on/off switch (4) to position O.
- Disconnect the power plug (9) from the socket-outlet.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| Indicator light on | Hob is heating up | Wait for the indicator light to go off. |
| Indicator light cycling on/off | Hob is maintaining temperature | This is normal operation. |
| No heating | Product not switched on | Check on/off switch and power connection. |
| No heating | Incorrect heat setting | Adjust heat level control. |
