3-year warranty from the date of purchase for material or manufacturing faults.

  • Powering On/Off: Use the main power switch [24] to turn the device on ('I') or off ('0'). Once the main switch is on, press the On/Standby button [17] or [26] to turn the system on or put it into standby mode. Note: All settings will be lost if the system is switched off using the main power switch.
  • Setting the Time: Put the system in standby. Press and hold CLOCK [43] until hours flash. Use ▲/▼ buttons [9/10 or 52/48] to set hours. Press CLOCK [43] again to set minutes. Use ▲/▼ buttons [9/10 or 52/48] to set minutes. Press CLOCK [43] to confirm. Time is displayed in standby mode. Time can also be synchronized via RDS signal.
  • Adjusting Volume: Use the Volume control [11] on the system or the Increase/Decrease volume buttons [34/35] on the remote.
  • Radio Operation: Press the Operating mode button [16] or FM button [31] to tune into FM radio. Use automatic or manual station search. Stations can be saved using PRO button [13/41].
  • CD Playback: Open CD tray [3/29], insert CD, close tray [3/29]. Playback starts automatically. Use INFO [28] for total playback time.
  • USB Playback: Select USB mode [16/54]. Connect USB stick [22]. Playback starts automatically.
  • Bluetooth: Select Bluetooth mode [16/32]. Scan for Bluetooth devices with your external audio source. Connect to "SMBC 30 A1". Enter PIN "0000" if prompted. Start playback on external source. Volume can be adjusted on both devices. Disconnect via external source or by holding Play/Pause [6/50] or PAIR [39].
  • Headphones: Connect headphones to the jack [23]. Lower volume before connecting. Speakers [4/18] are muted when headphones are plugged in.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Micro Stereo System does not power on Power cable [C] not properly connected to power input [25] Check power cable connection.
Mains plug not correctly inserted into socket Check mains plug insertion.
Main power switch [24] not in 'I' position Switch main power switch to 'I'.
Poor radio reception Wire antenna [D] not fully extended or not positioned correctly Extend antenna fully and/or reposition it.
No stations found Perform a new station search.
Device on but no sound Volume setting incorrect Check volume setting.
Headphones connected Disconnect headphones.
Incorrect operating mode selected Check selected operating mode.
Remote control not working Remote not pointed directly at system Point remote directly at the Micro Stereo System.
Remote battery low or empty Replace with a new battery of the same type. See "Replacing the remote control battery" chapter.
Audio CD not playing CD not inserted correctly into CD tray [1] Check CD insertion.
CD damaged or try a different CD Check CD for damage, or try a different CD.
No Bluetooth® connection Bluetooth® function not enabled on device or system Ensure Bluetooth® is enabled on both your device and the system.
Distance between system and device too great Reduce the distance.
