Warranty Information

Warranty claims must be filed within 3 years of purchase and are limited to correcting defects or device replacement.

  • Charging: Fully charge the product for 5-6 hours before first use. Place it on the charging dock or connect the mains lead directly to the charging socket.
  • Starting Cleaning: Press the "Start/Pause" button on the robot or remote control. The robot will start in "Classic mode".
  • Cleaning Modes: Select from Auto, Classic, Spot, MAX, and Corner modes using the robot's control panel or the remote control.
  • Pausing: Press the "Start/Pause" button to pause cleaning. Use directional buttons on the remote to move the robot.
  • Returning to Dock: Press the "Return mode" button or the robot will automatically return when the battery is low.
  • Scheduling: Set the time and schedule cleaning sessions via the robot's control panel or the app.
  • App Control: Download the "SILVERCREST SSRA1 Robot" app to control the robot, set schedules, and monitor cleaning records via Wi-Fi.
  • Virtual Wall: Use the virtual wall accessory to create invisible barriers and divide areas for more efficient cleaning.
  • Maintenance: Regularly clean the dust collector, filters, brushes, and sensors.
