Warranty Information

This appliance comes with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.

1. Plug in: Insert the power plug into a wall outlet.

2. Position: Place the appliance flat on the surface to be cleaned.

3. Switch On: Push the On/Off switch forwards. The appliance starts vacuuming.

4. Activate Vibration: Press the vibration button to activate the vibration head. This shakes the surface, and dust is sucked in. The UV-C lamp also switches on.

5. Move: Move the appliance evenly over the surface.

6. Switch Off: After vacuuming, push the On/Off switch back.

7. Unplug: Unplug the appliance from the mains socket.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Fault Cause Remedy
The appliance does not suck. The appliance is not switched on. Make sure that the appliance is properly connected to the power supply and press the On/Off switch 2.
The plug is not plugged in. Insert the power plug into the socket.
The mains socket is not supplying power. Check the house fuses.
The suction power is too weak. The dust container 3 is full. Empty the dust container 3.
The HEPA dust filter 4 is dirty. Clean the HEPA dust filter 4.
The suction opening 9 is blocked. Turn off the appliance, pull out the plug from the wall socket and remove the blockage.
The UV-C lamp 8 does not light up. The automatic switch-off device of the UV-C lamp 8 has been activated. Check the safety switches 10 left and right (see section Safety switches).
The UV-C lamp 8 or appliance is defective. Contact Customer Service (see section Service).
The vibration head 7 does not vibrate. The vibration function is not switched on. Press the vibration button 12.
An unpleasant odour escapes from the appliance during suction. Odours often develop when new appliances are used for the first time. The smell should disappear after the appliance has been used a few times.
The appliance is defective. Switch off the appliance, pull out the power plug from the socket and contact Customer Service (see section Service).
