Warranty Information

This appliance comes with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Using the appliance

  1. Assemble the appliance by sliding the cable retainers into place and winding the power cable.
  2. Fill the fresh water tank with cold to warm tap or distilled water, adding approved cleaning agents.
  3. Remove the handle and hose from their retainers.
  4. Plug in the appliance and turn it on.
  5. Hold the cleaning attachment 2-3 cm above the area, spray the cleaning solution, brush the area, and then use the suction opening to remove dirt and liquid.
  6. Switch off the appliance after cleaning.

Cleaning and maintenance

Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.

  • Empty the waste water tank after each use.
  • Clean the dirt filter after each use and let it dry completely.
  • Clean the appliance with a damp cloth.

Cleaning the waste water tank

  • Empty the waste water tank when it reaches the MAX marking.
  • Remove the dirt filter and the lid of the waste water tank.
  • Tip out the dirty water and rinse the tank.
  • Clean the dirt filter, lid, and recess for the waste water tank.
  • Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling.

Cleaning the handle and cleaning attachment

  • Ensure the appliance is unplugged.
  • Detach the cleaning attachment and its cover from the handle.
  • Clean these parts in warm running water.
  • Clean the handle with a damp cloth.
  • Allow parts to dry completely before reattaching.

Storage

  • Empty the fresh water tank if storing for a long period.
  • Clean the appliance before storage.
  • Wind the power cable around the retainers and secure it.
  • Fasten the hose and handle.
  • Store in a dry, dust-free location out of direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Fault Cause Remedy
The appliance will not switch on. The appliance is not switched on. Make sure that the appliance is properly connected to the power supply. Press the On/Off switch 2 to turn on the appliance.
The power plug 6 is not plugged in. Insert the power plug 6 into the mains socket.
The mains socket is not supplying any power. Check the house mains fuse.
The appliance is defective. Contact the Customer Service department (see section Service).
The suction power is too weak. The fresh and waste water tanks 22/3 are not fitted properly in the appliance. Attach the fresh and waste water tanks 2/3 properly to the appliance (see sections Filling the fresh water tank and Cleaning the waste water tank).
The waste water tank 3 is full. Empty the waste water tank 3 (see section Cleaning the waste water tank).
The suction opening 17 is blocked. Clean the cleaning attachment and remove the blockage (see section Cleaning the handle and cleaning attachment).
The dirt filter 21 is blocked. Remove the dirt filter 24 and clean it (see section Cleaning the waste water tank).
The spray nozzle 15 is not discharging enough water / cleaning solution. The fresh water tank 22 is empty. Fill up the fresh water tank 2 (see section Filling the fresh water tank).
Water is leaking from the appliance. The fresh water tank 2 is not properly sealed. Take the fresh water tank 2 out of the appliance and make sure that the seal is properly affixed (see section Filling the fresh water tank).
