| The mains socket is not supplying any power. | Check the house mains fuse. | |
| The appliance is defective. | Contact the Customer Service department (see section Service). | |
| The suction power is too weak. | The fresh and waste water tanks 22/3 are not fitted properly in the appliance. | Attach the fresh and waste water tanks 2/3 properly to the appliance (see sections Filling the fresh water tank and Cleaning the waste water tank). |
| The waste water tank 3 is full. | Empty the waste water tank 3 (see section Cleaning the waste water tank). | |
| The suction opening 17 is blocked. | Clean the cleaning attachment and remove the blockage (see section Cleaning the handle and cleaning attachment). | |
| The dirt filter 21 is blocked. | Remove the dirt filter 24 and clean it (see section Cleaning the waste water tank). | |
| The spray nozzle 15 is not discharging enough water / cleaning solution. | The fresh water tank 22 is empty. | Fill up the fresh water tank 2 (see section Filling the fresh water tank). |
| Water is leaking from the appliance. | The fresh water tank 2 is not properly sealed. | Take the fresh water tank 2 out of the appliance and make sure that the seal is properly affixed (see section Filling the fresh water tank). |
