Warranty Information
This product comes with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering material or manufacturing defects.
Operation:
- Switching on/off: Connect the device to the power supply. Press the on/off switch to turn it on. Press again to turn it off. Unplug when unattended or finished.
- Carpet cleaning: Fill the fresh water tank with water and optionally cleaning agent for heavy dirt. Pull the nozzle over carpets/upholstery in overlapping rows. Press the lever to activate spray. Empty the dirty water tank immediately after use.
- Emptying the dirty water tank: Switch off if necessary. Remove the dirty water tank, release the lock, open the lid, empty the water, close the lid, lock, and reinsert the tank.
Cleaning, maintenance and storage:
- Rinse the suction hose. Empty and clean both water tanks. The device is maintenance-free.
- Store the device and accessories clean, dry, dust-protected, and out of reach of children.
Troubleshooting and error codes
