Operation Summary

  • Setting the Clock: Press the Clock button to set the time, using the control dial to adjust hours and minutes.
  • Microwave Operation: Select power level using the Operation button, set cooking time with the control dial, and start with Start/Quickstart.
  • Grill Functions: Choose from 'Top heat', 'Top and bottom heat', or 'Bottom heat' using the Grill button. Set time and start.
  • Combination Cooking: Combine microwave and grill or convection for various cooking results.
  • Convection Operation: Select temperature with the Convection button, set cooking time, and start. Preheating is also available.
  • Defrosting: Use 'Defrosting by weight' or 'Defrosting by time' options.
  • Auto Menu: Select pre-programmed settings for various food types by turning the control dial and pressing Start/Quickstart.
  • Memory Function: Program up to 3 cooking processes to run consecutively.
  • Select a Start Time: Preset a specific start time for cooking or grilling.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause and Solution
Display shows nothing.
  • The power plug is not inserted correctly. Check the power plug.
  • The socket is defective. Try another socket.
  • The display is defective. Contact customer service.
The device does not react to button presses.
  • The child lock is activated. Deactivate the child lock (see "Operation" chapter).
The device does not start the cooking/baking process.
  • The door is not closed correctly. Close the door properly.
The turntable makes loud noises when rotating.
  • The turntable is not positioned correctly on the axle. Insert the turntable correctly into the cooking compartment.
  • The small rollers and/or the bottom of the cooking compartment are dirty. Clean the rollers and the bottom.
The display shows "E01" and signal tones sound.
  • The microwave has overheated. Interrupt the running program immediately. Unplug the power cord, open the microwave door, and let the device cool down.
The display shows "E02" and signal tones sound.
  • There is an error with the sensor. Interrupt the program and let the device cool down. Then restart the microwave. If the error occurs again, contact customer service.
The display shows "E03" and signal tones sound.
  • There is an error during heating. Interrupt the program and let the device cool down. Then restart the microwave. If the error occurs again, contact customer service.
