Getting Started

  • Step 1: Installing the Speakers: Follow illustrations and refer to the "Speaker Installation Guide" for assembly. Ensure correct speaker placement settings.
  • Step 2: Connecting the System: Connect all cables (speakers, TV, other equipment, antenna) before connecting the AC power cord of the main unit.

Connecting the TV

  • Video Connection: Use HDMI cable for video.
  • Audio Connections: Use optical digital cord or audio cable for audio if HDMI ARC is not available.

Network Connection

  • Ensure equipment compatibility with [Control for HDMI] and correct settings.
  • Check network connection and settings if unable to connect.
  • Troubleshoot wireless LAN connection by moving system closer to router, away from interference, or re-registering network.
  • Troubleshoot BLUETOOTH pairing by moving devices closer, turning off other BLUETOOTH devices, or re-pairing.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Connecting cannot be done. Pairing registration information has been erased. Perform the pairing operation again (page 34).
There is no sound. Main unit is too far from BLUETOOTH device or receiving interference. Make sure main unit is not too far from BLUETOOTH device. Move away from Wi-Fi network, 2.4 GHz wireless device, or microwave oven.
BLUETOOTH connection is not made properly. Check BLUETOOTH connection. Pair system and BLUETOOTH device again.
Main unit is near metal objects or surfaces. Keep the main unit away from metal objects or surfaces.
“BT” function is not selected. Make sure “BT” function is selected.
BLUETOOTH device volume is too low. Adjust BLUETOOTH device volume first, then adjust main unit volume.
Obstacles between main unit and BLUETOOTH device. Remove or avoid obstacles.
Equipment generating electromagnetic radiation nearby. Move equipment generating electromagnetic radiation away.
Sound skips or fluctuates, or connection is lost. Main unit and BLUETOOTH device are too far apart. Move devices closer.
Obstacles between main unit and BLUETOOTH device. Remove or avoid obstacles.
