| Echoes or noise during phone conversations. | Lower the volume. Adjust "EC/NC Mode" to "EC/NC Mode 1" or "EC/NC Mode 2" (page 37). Reduce ambient noise. Close the window if street noise is excessive. Lower the air conditioner if it is too high. |
| Phone is not connected. | During Bluetooth audio playback, the phone is not connected even when the multi-way encoder is pressed. Connect from the phone. |
