Troubleshooting and error codes

Message Explanation
INVALID The selected operation may not be valid.
READ Wait for reading and automatic playback to start. This may take some time depending on file organization.
(underscore) The character does not appear.
CD Playback
CD ERROR Clean or insert the disc correctly, or ensure it is not empty or defective.
CD NO DISC Insert a disc with playable files.
CD NO MUSIC Insert a disc with playable files.
CD PUSH EJT The disc could not be ejected correctly. Press to eject.
LLLL or ᄀᄀᄀᄀ Reached the beginning or end of the disc.
USB Device Playback
HUB NO SUPRT USB hubs are not compatible.
IPD STOP iPod playback has ended. Operate your iPod/iPhone to start playback.
NOT SUPPORT - ANDROID MODE A USB device incompatible with AOA 2.0 was connected while [USB MODE] was set to [ANDROID]. Set [USB MODE] to [MSC/MTP].
USB ERROR Reconnect the USB device.
USB NO DEV Ensure the USB device or USB cable is connected correctly.
USB NO MUSIC Connect a USB device with playable files.
USB NO SUPRT For more information on USB device compatibility, visit the technical support website.
USB OVERLOAD The USB device is overloaded. Disconnect the USB device and press SRC to select another source. The USB device has a fault or an incompatible device has been connected.
DAB/DAB+ Radio Reception
NO DATA No DAB station for the selected program type. Press (back).
NO INFO No label information for the current DAB station.
NO STATION DAB signal cannot be received. Perform an auto tune, check the DAB antenna connection, and check that [ANT-PWR] is set to [ON].
RDS Functionality
NO AF No alternative frequencies. Press (SEEK -/+) while the program type station name flashes. The unit starts searching for another frequency with the same PI data.
NO PI No program identification. The selected station has no PI data. Select another station.
NO TP No traffic programs. The unit will continue searching for available TP stations.
BLUETOOTH Function
BTA NO DEV The BLUETOOTH device is not connected or recognized. Ensure the BLUETOOTH device is connected correctly or establish the BLUETOOTH connection.
ERROR The selected operation cannot be performed. Wait a moment and try again.
UNKNOWN Cannot display a name or phone number.
WITHHELD The caller is hiding their phone number.
