This remote commander allows easy control of your Sony master unit. Key functions include adjusting volume (+/-), changing source (Radio, CD, USB, etc.) via the SOURCE button, muting sound with MUTING, powering off with OFF, and selecting modes or bands with MODE. It also features track/group/album skipping (SEEK/AMS, GP/ALBM) and manual/automatic tuning for radio. Information about the selected source and mode is displayed on the unit.

Installation involves carefully choosing a mounting location and using the supplied hardware. The remote is waterproof to IEC60529 IPX6 and IPX7 standards. Connections are made using the Sony BUS system, and it's recommended to seal connections with waterproof tape after installation to prevent plugs from falling off.
