Wearing the headset
Insert headset units into ears, ensuring correct left (L) and right (R) placement. Twist to secure.
Charging
Connect the charging case to an AC outlet or computer via USB Type-C cable. Place headset units in the case to charge.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| No sound | Check device connections, volume, audio output settings, and re-pair/reset/charge the headset. |
