Wearing the headset

Insert headset units into ears, ensuring correct left (L) and right (R) placement. Twist to secure.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Solution
No sound Check device connections, volume, audio output settings, and re-pair/reset/charge the headset.
Low sound level Turn up volume on connected device/headset. Reconnect Bluetooth device.
Difference in volume / Insufficient low-frequency sound Change earbud size for a better fit.
Low sound quality Minimize interference from other devices, move closer to the Bluetooth device, switch to A2DP connection, or restart device.
Sound skips frequently Remove obstacles, position devices correctly, restart smartphone, or reconnect headset and Bluetooth device.
Pairing cannot be done Ensure devices are close, follow pairing instructions (automatic for first time, manual for subsequent), and delete/re-pair if necessary.
Unable to make a Bluetooth connection Check if devices are on, Bluetooth is enabled, disconnect previous connections, and re-pair if necessary.
