Resetting Method

If the unit does not operate properly, perform the reset procedure:

  1. Connect the unit to a booted PC or USB AC adaptor using the USB Type-C cable.
  2. Check that the left channel side indicator lights up in red.
  3. Press the [] button and [CUSTOM] button simultaneously.
  4. The unit will be reset.

Note: Device pairing information is not deleted. After resetting, disconnect and reconnect the USB Type-C cable.

Initializing Method

After repairs, perform the following procedure to initialize the unit:

  1. Ensure the USB Type-C cable is not connected. Press the [] button for about 2 seconds to turn the power off.
  2. Press the [] button and [CUSTOM] button simultaneously for about 7 seconds or longer. The left channel side indicator (blue) flashes 4 times, and settings return to factory defaults.

Note: All device pairing information is deleted. After initialization, it might not connect to iPhone or PC. Delete and re-register the device.
