Getting Started
Step 1: Charging the battery pack
Connect the AC Adaptor to the Handycam Station, then connect the power cord to the AC Adaptor and wall outlet. Attach the battery pack to the camcorder. Set the camcorder onto the Handycam Station. The charge lamp will light up.
Step 2: Turning the power on, and setting the date and time
Press the green button while turning the POWER switch to the desired lamp. Set the date, time, and select your geographical area.
Step 3: Selecting the media
You can select the hard disk or Memory Stick PRO Duo for recording. Insert the Memory Stick PRO Duo if selected.
Recording/Playback
Recording Movies: Turn the POWER switch to the movie lamp and press START/STOP.
Recording Still Images: Turn the POWER switch to the still image lamp and press the PHOTO button.
Playback
Turn the POWER switch on, press the (VIEW IMAGES) button, and then select movies or still images to play back.
