Getting Started

Connecting the power cord: Use the battery pack for outdoor use. Connect the AC power adaptor and power cord to a wall outlet. Ensure the plug is inserted with the ▱ mark facing up.

Inserting a cassette: Slide EJECT while pressing the blue button. Insert the cassette with the window facing out. Close the compartment by pressing the "PUSH" mark.

Recording a Picture

Remove the lens cap. Set POWER to CAMERA and STANDBY to STANDBY. Press START/STOP to begin recording. Press it again to stop. Ensure the grip strap is fastened and do not touch the microphone during recording.

Monitoring Playback

Set POWER to VTR. Press ◀◀ to rewind and then PLAY to start playback. Press ■ to stop.
