Getting Started:
1. Power Up: Connect the AC power adaptor or install the battery pack. Charge the battery pack fully before first use. The battery pack slides down until it clicks.
2. Insert Cassette: Open the cassette compartment, insert a Hi8/Digital8 cassette with the window facing out and the write-protect tab up. Close the compartment.
3. Record: Remove the lens cap. Set the POWER switch to CAMERA. Open the LCD panel. Press START/STOP to begin recording. Press again to stop.
4. Playback: Set the POWER switch to VTR. Use the control buttons to rewind, play, or pause.
