Getting Started

  • Charging the battery pack: Use the AC adaptor or connect to a computer via USB.
  • Attaching/Removing the battery pack: Close the LCD screen and slide the battery pack on or off using the release lever.
  • Preparing your camcorder: Open the LCD screen, turn on the power, and select language, geographical area, and time.
  • Inserting a memory card: Open the cover and insert until it clicks. Eject by pushing lightly.

Recording

  • Ensure image and sound are recorded without problems.
  • Be aware of copyright laws for recording programs, films, etc.
  • Avoid ejecting the memory card or removing the battery/adaptor while the access lamp is lit or flashing.

LCD Panel

  • Features a high-precision LCD screen with a small percentage of pixels potentially showing as black or bright points, which is normal.
