Recording Movies and Photos: Start by fastening the grip belt and opening the LCD screen to turn on the camcorder. Press the START/STOP button to begin recording. You can also start recording by touching the record button on the LCD screen. To stop recording, press START/STOP again or touch the stop button on the LCD.
Shooting Photos: Open the LCD screen to turn on the camcorder. Press the MODE button to switch to photo recording mode. Press the PHOTO button lightly to focus, then press it fully to take a photo. You can also record photos by touching the PHOTO icon on the LCD screen.
Playback: Open the LCD screen and press the (VIEW IMAGES) button. The VISUAL INDEX screen will appear, allowing you to select and play movies or photos.
