Getting Started:

• Supplied Items: Identify all accessories included in the package (Camcorder, AC Adaptor, Power cord, HDMI cable, USB connection support cable, Lens hood, Step Down Ring, Wireless Remote Commander, Wind screen, Rechargeable battery pack NP-FV50, "Operating Guide").
• Charging the Battery Pack: Turn off the camcorder, attach the battery pack, connect the AC adaptor and power cord to the camcorder and a wall outlet. The CHG (charge) lamp indicates charging status.
• Charging via Computer: Connect the camcorder to a running computer using the Built-in USB Cable.
• Turning Power On and Setting Date/Time: Open the LCD screen, turn on the camcorder, select language, geographical area, date, and time.
• Changing Language Setting: Navigate through MENU > [Setup] > [General Settings] > [Language Setting] to select a desired language.
