Warranty Information
Warranty information is generally available on the product packaging or through Sony customer support.
Charging the battery:
Open cover, insert battery, close cover. Connect to computer via USB. Orange lamp indicates charging; turns off when complete. Full charge approx. 300 minutes.
Inserting the memory card:
Open cover, insert card until it clicks, close cover.
Turning the camera on:
Rotate lens to power on. Green lamp lights up. Rotate camera 90 degrees horizontally. Set language and clock using multi-selector.
Shooting images:
Press (Photo) for still images, (Movie) for movies. Press (Movie) again to stop.
Viewing images:
Press (Play). Rotate camera 90 degrees. Use multi-selector to navigate and select images. Press to view still images, or press to play movies. Use multi-selector for fast forward/rewind and volume control.
Deleting images:
Press (Play), select image, press MENU, select Delete, choose 'This Image', press multi-selector, select 'OK', press multi-selector.
Using with computer:
Connect camera to computer via USB. "PMB Portable" application allows easy image uploads. Follow on-screen prompts for installation and setup.
