Getting Started

Step 1: Checking supplied items: Ensure all listed accessories are present.

Step 2: Charging the battery pack: Connect the supplied charger to the battery and a power outlet. The charge lamp indicates charging status.

Step 3: Attaching the lens: Remove body and rear lens caps. Align mounting indexes and turn the lens clockwise until it clicks. To remove, press the lens release button and turn counterclockwise.

Step 4: Attaching the handle, microphone and grip: Follow diagrams to attach these accessories.

Step 5: Turning on the camcorder and setting the date and time: Power on the device and follow on-screen prompts to set the date, time, and language.

Step 6: Adjusting the LCD screen: Details on handling and cleaning the LCD screen.

Step 7: Preparing the recording media: Information on formatting and using memory cards.
