Getting Started

• Accessories Supplied: Familiarize yourself with all included items like AC adaptor, lens, battery charger, USB cable, etc.
• Attaching Accessories: Learn how to attach the Wind Screen, lens hood, and large eyecup.
• Preparing the Battery: Charge the battery pack using the provided charger. Note charging times for different battery types.
• Attaching the Battery Pack: Slide the battery pack into the camcorder until it clicks.
• Using the Wall Outlet: Connect the AC adaptor to the camcorder and a power outlet.
• Attaching a Lens: Align the mounting indexes and turn the lens clockwise until it clicks.
• Removing the Lens: Press the lens release button and turn the lens counterclockwise.
• Turning On/Off: Hold the green button and set the power switch to ON. Set to OFF to turn off.
• Setting Date/Time: Follow on-screen prompts to set the date, time, and your area.
• Changing Language: Navigate to MENU > Setup > Language to select your preferred language.
