Basic Operation:

• Powering On/Off: Use the POWER switch to turn the camcorder on and off.
• Attaching Components: Ensure the unit is powered off before attaching or removing optional components like viewfinders or lenses.
• Recording: Press the REC START button to begin recording and again to stop.
• Playback: Use the PLAY/PAUSE button to view recorded clips. F REV and F FWD buttons allow fast reverse and forward playback.
• Menu Navigation: Use the MENU ON/OFF switch to display menus and the MENU knob to navigate and select options.
• Disc Handling: Use the EJECT button to insert or eject discs. Ensure discs are handled properly to avoid damage.
