Troubleshooting and error codes

Why can't I write data to a memory card? Some memory cards have an erasure prevention switch. Ensure it is off.
What should I do if I cannot use NFC/One-touch functions? Bring supported device close, move slightly if needed, check device settings, ensure NFC is enabled in PC settings, avoid metal objects, touch with one device at a time, restart computer if necessary.
What should I do if my game app does not work or it keeps crashing? Check for game patches/updates, ensure latest video driver is installed. Note that graphics performance may not be guaranteed on models with shared graphics memory.
What should I do if my VAIO computer becomes unstable (Windows starts)?
