| The built-in battery cannot be charged. | - Turn the unit on, then off. - If using car battery adapter, disconnect and reconnect. - Turn on the computer during USB charging. - Battery charges between 5-45 °C. Charging may be affected by direct sunlight. - If usage time is excessively short, the battery may have deteriorated (NV-U94T/U84 only). Contact Customer Support. |
| The LCD is not displayed normally. | High temperatures may cause darkening; low temperatures may cause afterimage. These are temporary and the LCD will return to normal when temperatures normalize. |
| The cradle comes off the attachment surface. | Clean the suction cup and attachment surface with a soft, wet, lint-free cloth. |
| No GPS signal is received. | Read GPS overview, check GPS status in menu. Move car to a clear location. Ensure GPS antenna is not obstructed. Use external GPS antenna if windshield material affects reception. |
