Manual for F65

The F65 is a digital motion picture camera equipped with a Super 35-mm type CMOS sensor array with a total of 20 Megapixels. It features newly developed imagers and a digital signal-processing LSI for high-quality images. The camera supports multiple frame formats and offers wide latitude and high-quality pictures with minimal noise. It outputs RAW image data for post-production convenience. The camera has a compact design for mobility and is compatible with film-camera accessories. It includes a dockable system for the SR-R4 Portable Memory Recorder and has assignable buttons for user-defined functions. The shooting mode presumes post-production processing, similar to a film camera. Shutter speed is adjustable, and users can switch between mechanical rotary and electronic shutters. Monitor output can be selected with imposition of markers and look-up tables (LUTs). Sensitivity adjustment uses an EI indicator for shooting with a light meter. Other features include USB host connectors for optional Wi-Fi adapters and support for various setup methods via subdisplay, viewfinder menu, or web browser/iPad.
