Troubleshooting and error codes
| Problem | Solution |

| General issues | 1. Remove and re-insert the battery pack, then turn on the power. 2. Initialize the settings. |
| Power insufficient | Recharge the battery pack. The image sensor cleaning function requires sufficient battery level. |
| Unable to use memory card. Format? | Format the memory card in the camera. If the issue persists, try a different memory card. |
| Memory Card Error | Ensure the memory card is compatible and not damaged. Format if prompted. |
| Memory card locked | Unlock the write-protect switch on the memory card. |
| Cannot open the shutter since the memory card is not inserted. | Insert a memory card or enable "Release w/o Card" in the settings if you wish to shoot without saving. |
| Internal temp. high. Allow it to cool. | Turn off the camera and let it cool down. This may occur after continuous shooting. |
| System Error | Turn the camera power off and then on again. Remove and re-insert the battery if the issue persists. |
