Hardware Installation

- Mount the camera using provided screws. - Loosen thumb screws to adjust position and then tighten.

Before starting setup

- Ensure router supports 2.4GHz band and DHCP is enabled. - Connect smartphone to Wi-Fi network compatible with the camera. - Know your Wi-Fi password (no special characters). - Keep smartphone, camera, and router within 8 feet during setup.

Start setup

- Connect camera to power and network. - Reset the camera to default settings by pressing the RESET button. - Download the "Sricam" App by scanning QR code or searching the app store. - Register a user account or log in. - Add the camera by inputting its Device ID and password. - Change the admin password for security. - Configure Wi-Fi settings if needed. - View live video stream on your smartphone.

Troubleshooting and error codes

Issue Solution
Camera not found in step 4-4 Ensure step 1-3 (reset) has been completed and wait 30 seconds.
Inconsistent signal 1) Too many devices sharing the network. 2) Camera is too far from the router (for Wi-Fi).
Failed to setup Wi-Fi in step 4-7 Ensure smartphone is not connected to a 5G Wi-Fi signal. Reconnect to a non-5G Wi-Fi or skip and set up via "settings" > "Network Setting".
Other quality/setup issues Reset the camera by inserting a pin until a click sound is heard.
