Battery Installation

  1. Separate the timer body by pulling the orange part.
  2. Install one 9V ALKALINE battery, checking the +/- pole position.

Manual Operation Check

  1. Set RUN TIME to OFF and FREQUENCY to RESET.
  2. Set RUN TIME back to ON.
  3. Listen for a "CLICK" and observe a brief GREEN light flash.

Programming Watering (Immediate)

  1. Set RUN TIME to ON and FREQUENCY to RESET.
  2. Wait for the red light to blink.
  3. Select watering duration (RUN TIME) and frequency (FREQUENCY).
  4. Listen for "CLICK" and see GREEN light to confirm.

Programming Watering (Delayed)

  1. Follow steps 1-3 for immediate programming.
  2. Press the YELLOW button to delay watering (1 hour per press).
  3. Select watering frequency.
  4. Listen for "CLICK" and see GREEN light to confirm.
