Oven Functions

• Switch off oven: Turns off the oven.
• Conventional: Uniform heat, ideal for sponges and cakes.
• Conventional with fan: Fan spreads heat uniformly, reduces cooking time and temperature. Ideal for roasts and cakes.
• Grill and Lower element: Top and bottom heat, for roasts of any size.
• MaxiGrill: Larger surface and higher grilling power than Grill.
• Grill: Superficial roasting to brown the outer layer. Ideal for flat pieces.
• Lower element: Bottom heat only, for heating dishes or raising pastry.
• Pizza: Special for pizzas, pies, and fruit tarts.
• Turbo: Fan distributes heat from rear element, allows cooking on 2 levels.
• Defrosting: Gentle hot air defrosting (Level LO for fish, pastries; Level HI for meats).
• TEKA HYDROCLEAN® Cleaning function: Steam cleaning cycle to remove grease and dirt.

Using the Oven

The electronic clock features Touch-Control. Clean the panel for correct operation. If unresponsive, unplug and replug the oven.

Setting the Time:

• On connection, 12:00 flashes.
• Touch '+' or '-' to set the time. You will hear 2 beeps.
• To change, touch '+' and '-' simultaneously, adjust, and confirm with 2 beeps.

Manual Operation:

• Select function and temperature.
• The symbol ★ lights up during heat transmission and turns off when the temperature is reached.
• To turn off, set controls to □.

Electronic Clock Settings:

• Timer Alarm: Audible signal at programmed time.
• Cooking Time: Cooks for selected time, then switches off automatically.
• Cooking Stop Time: Stops cooking at set time, then switches off automatically.
• Cooking Time and Cooking Stop Time: Programs automatic start/stop times.
• Child Safety Function: Locks the electronic clock.
• TEKA HYDROCLEAN® Cleaning Function: Oven cleaning assistance.

Clock Programming:

Follow detailed instructions for each function (Timer Alarm, Cooking Time, Cooking Stop Time, Cooking Time and Stop Time).

Child Safety Function:

Activate: touch '+' and '-' simultaneously for a prolonged period until 1 beep and 'SAFE' appear. Deactivate: same until 1 beep.

Teka Hydroclean® Cleaning Function:

Perform with cold oven. Pour 250 ml water at the bottom. Select function and wait for completion. Do not open door during cycle.
