Operating the TRIO CARE:
1. Insertion of Batteries: Remove cover, insert 2 AAA batteries respecting polarity, replace cover.
2. Electrode Setup: Remove electrodes from plastic, connect to cables, insert cables into device.
3. Electrode Placement: Peel backing, place on clean, dry, healthy skin, spaced at least 5 cm apart, not touching. Ensure proper alignment.
4. Power On: Press the power button.
5. Program Selection: Press MODE to cycle through TENS, EMS, MASS. Press the program button to select body part or massage type. Press PROGR to cycle through P1, P2, P3 programs.
6. Session Start & Intensity: Press CH to select channel, press the start button to begin. Adjust intensity using +/- buttons (max 25).
