TOPDON warrants the product against defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Jump Starting a Vehicle: Connect the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal and the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle's battery. Turn on the jump starter. The status indicator will turn green if the battery voltage is normal. Attempt to start the vehicle.
- Using as a Power Bank: Connect your electronic device to the USB Out port or Type-C Out port to charge it. Connect DC devices to the DC Out port.
Troubleshooting and error codes

| Status Indicator does not turn on | Vehicle battery voltage is too low to be detected. | Press and hold the BOOST Button for around 3 seconds to enter forced output mode. Start your vehicle within 30 seconds. |
| Buzzer rings | Reverse polarity, over-temperature, over-circuit, or other improper connections. | Disconnect the jump starter, resolve the issue, and reconnect. |
