The Toro RainSensor suspends automatic watering when rain is detected. Installation involves mounting the sensor, connecting it to the irrigation controller, and adjusting sensitivity. To test, press the Test Spindle; sprinklers should shut off. Normal operation resumes when the sensor dries. Bypassing is possible via the controller, an optional switch, or by disconnecting wiring.
