Installation Guide for Groundsmaster 4000-D and 4100-D Series Traction Unit

1. Position the machine on a level surface, lower the cutting unit, stop the engine, engage the parking brake, and remove the key. 2. Disconnect the negative battery cable. 3. Remove the control panel cover to access the fuse block area. 4. Locate and prepare mounting points for toggle switches and decals. 5. Install toggle switches, connect harness connectors, and route wires securely, avoiding sharp edges and moving parts. 6. Install fuses and thermal breakers as specified for the application. 7. Connect power and ground wires, and route the harness to the power center or attachment solenoids. 8. Reinstall covers and connect the battery cable. 9. Test switch operation and adjust solenoid connections if necessary.
