Toro warrants the system against defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.
The XTRA SMART™ Wireless Weather Sensor System monitors sunlight, temperature, and rainfall to automatically adjust watering schedules for Toro EC-XTRA™ indoor timers. It wirelessly transmits data to a Smart Pod connected to the timer, which then optimizes watering duration based on current weather conditions. The system includes Rain/Freeze Hold and Watering Schedule Management features. Users can also bypass the sensor function or adjust the rain threshold. The accompanying Scheduling Advisor software on a PC helps create custom watering schedules based on historical weather data.
