Troubleshooting and error codes

Problem Solution
LCD preview is not clear while shooting. Try to switch between Macro and Normal Mode.
Files on memory card do not display smoothly with "!" marking. The "!" symbol indicates low speed or corrupted files. Format the SD card using the camcorder or change to a high-speed card.
Indoor photos look blurry and dark. Keep the camcorder steady for several seconds when taking photos in low light conditions.
Battery charging issues. Use only the supplied AC charger or USB cable. Ensure the camcorder is OFF. A blinking light indicates charging; a solid light indicates charging complete. Full charge time is 4-5 hours.
After connecting USB cable to computer. "DV" disk: internal memory. "Removable Disk": external memory (SD card). "DVAP" disk: CAMILEO UPLOADER application (do not format or delete).
