Make sure there is no obstruction. Remove any foreign object. Check whether the disc is dirty. If it is, wipe it with a clean cloth dipped in water or a neutral cleaner. |

If this function can not be still used even if only one external device is connected, stop using the external device because its current is over the acceptable value of this computer. If this occurs, press the function key to re-set the display panel and external monitor to clone mode. |
