Basic Operation:

  • Ensure the oven is placed on an insulated surface with adequate ventilation (10-15cm clearance).
  • For first use, perform an empty burn for 15 minutes to remove protective coatings.
  • Plug in the oven (220-230V AC).
  • Select desired function (e.g., lower-tube grilling, upper-tube grilling, convection grilling, rotisserie).
  • Adjust temperature using the upper and lower tube temperature knobs (70°C-230°C).
  • Set cooking time using the time adjustment knob. The "Stay On" setting allows continuous operation.
  • Use accessories like the baking tray, grill, or rotisserie forks as needed.
  • Once cooking is complete, unplug the oven and carefully remove food using insulated gloves or holders.
  • Regularly clean the oven with a mild detergent and damp cloth. Do not use harsh cleaning tools or immerse the oven in water.
